The 13th Rite of theMunay-Ki, the Rite of the Womb, is a rite meant to empower women and heal the feminine component of a woman’s energy. Once you’ve received the Rite, you are encouraged to share it with women in your community – it reinforces it within yourself as well!

A 1:1 class to help you deepen your yoga practice. We focus on your goals, and work on harmonizing mind, body, heart and soul through an asana (posture), breath and even meditation practice, as we see fit.
*This $100/hour rate is fixed on a one-off basis, considering you come to my home studio. Me going to you is $120 + travel fee if outside 10km and/or the city centre. The rates lower a bit with a package of 5+ private classes. Price includes QC taxes ($114.98).

This is a package of 5 private classes, and must be used within 6-months of original purchase.
As this is a package, it is not a real appointment (hence the 10 minutes). Your privates classes need to be scheduled with me (Mercedes) directly. Please call (819-664-0570) or email (mercedes@brightstarwoman.com) to schedule your 5 privates.
You are free to move any appointment with a 48-hour notice. If there's less than 24-hour notice, there will be a cancellation fee of $25.
